After completely assessing your health and fitness level, we then discuss the kind of fitness equipment you have access to for your workouts.

Over 90% of online fitness programs are PRE-MADE & "cookie cutter" (one size fits all, pre-programmed). 

Once you invest in their program you will have VERY MINIMAL contact with the coach or NONE AT ALL.

NOT WITH US... Sam & Danny will be your ONLINE COACHES. They will design your fitness program & communicate weekly with you.

After an assessment we will create a tailored training program for you from scratch.

A tailored Nutrition Plan based on your lifestyle and goals.

Every Tuesday and Friday we will answer all questions through our app (2 way messaging).

Once a week (10) min Zoom face to face video conference to cover questions and weekly progress.

Based on assessment results we will assign specific daily habits that you need to check off through our app.
